Candyman’s hooked horror icon, Tony Todd, has secured the lead role in a brand-new Dracula audio play from Bleak December.

The charismatic actor with the booming baritone voice is perfect for capturing the magisterial menace in Count Vlad Dracula.  Todd has been working steadily over the last three decades, appearing in the Candyman, Hatchet and Final Destination horror franchises as well as providing his distinctive vocal talents to Zoom on CW’s The Flash,  The Fallen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Darkseid in two LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes animation projects.  Executive-produced by and starring Canadian actor and filmmaker Anthony D.P. Mann as Van Helsing, this fresh Dracula adaptation won’t skimp on any aspect of production and could start a new renaissance in the grand tradition of vintage radio-age performances.
